Azienda Sistili Giuseppe

GS Agricultural Company, founded by Giuseppe Sestili in June 2016 in the municipality of Allumiere, specializes in the collection of multifloral and monofloral honey, the production of swarms, and the processing of bee-derived products such as propolis, pollen, and wax. The variety of honey produced includes Chestnut, Multifloral, Asphodel, Sulla, Marrucca, and Forest Honey (Honeydew), as well as Thistle and Strawberry Tree. The honey production activities take place in the heart of the Tolfa Mountains, an area known for its biodiversity and proximity to the Tyrrhenian coast.
