Torrefazione Pe-Fè was founded in 1973 by Ferrero Peciarolo in the historic center of Orte. Driven by a strong passion and tireless determination, Ferrero began producing his first coffee blends, emphasizing craftsmanship to ensure the freshness and fragrance of the product. In 1979, with the opening of a new retail outlet supported by his wife Laura Piersanti and later by their children, Federico and Federica, the company began to grow significantly.
The Peciarolo family played a crucial role, turning the roastery into a family business and promoting the quality of their blends among an increasingly large clientele. After fifty years, Torrefazione Pe-Fè has become a landmark for coffee enthusiasts, maintaining a strong commitment to the art of artisanal roasting and superior quality.
