Ingredients: Sheep's MILK, "Lamb and Fig" rennet, native whey starter, salt.
Seasoning: 3/12 months.
External appearance: cylindrical basket shape, approximately 26×10 cm, color from yellow ocher to brown.
Crust: hard with the presence of mould.
Paste: compact and creamy, crumbly if seasoned.
