1. PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros, IVA inclusa. The total order amount is calculated by adding shipping costs to the cart total. Shipping costs may vary depending on the package weight. Published price lists are subject to change without notice. Prices listed online may differ from those in-store.

2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS

www.eatruria.com is an online site that allows you to purchase products identified by code and detailed specifications on the site.
Purchases are made at the listed price plus shipping costs as specified on the site and displayed at the time of purchase.
Before purchase confirmation, the cost of each selected product and the total cost for multiple products, including shipping, will be summarized.
To place an order, registration and form completion in the "Login/Register" section are required.
The Order is consisting of the summary page, which can be accessed after pressing the "Confirm order" button, which is necessary to print and keep.
The purchase proposal sent via the Website is to be considered confirmed.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Eatruria delivers products to the address provided by the customer within 3-4 days of order confirmation.
Shipping costs vary based on the order amount and destination:

Free Shipping for orders totaling 59.00 € or more
8.90 € for orders shipped within Italy
14.90 € for international shipments

4. JURISDICTION

For any disputes, the court of Civitavecchia (Rome) is competent.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Eatruria acknowledges the right of withdrawal as established by current law, with a 14-day period as per legislation. Within this timeframe, the customer must send a written notification via email to info@eatruria.com.
Additionally, the customer must send the goods back via courier in suitable packaging to ensure their integrity during transport, including any fiscal receipt. The packaging, like the written communication, must be sent within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Within 20 days of receiving the request and the goods, Eatruria will process a refund using the same payment method used by the customer. The only cost the customer will incur when exercising the right of withdrawal is the courier's shipping cost to return the goods.
